Natalie manages all of the training resources, marketing, quality assurance, course bookings and examinations whilst also teaching as often as she can.

Specialising in first aid training, with many experiences of real life emergencies being dealt with personally and as a volunteer in Kingston upon Hull with the Street Angels. Giving you first hand knowledge and the process of what may happen in an emergency. Natalie is also developing her skills studying BSc Hons Paramedical Science..
Outside of work and studying, Natalie enjoys being creative and is also an avid geek, enjoying attending Comic-Con and cosplaying it is fair to say she is obsessed with Marvel.

Andy has extensive experience; 25+ years, in the security industry. Roles included door supervisor, Static Security, CCTV and working with local authorities to preserve community safety initiatives.
Andy is also an established Tutor/ Assessor in his field, delivering Security Industry courses and first aid training throughout the UK and in
Andy has extensive experience; 25+ years, in the security industry. Roles included door supervisor, Static Security, CCTV and working with local authorities to preserve community safety initiatives.
Andy is also an established Tutor/ Assessor in his field, delivering Security Industry courses and first aid training throughout the UK and in Kingston upon Hull. Andy is always finding new ways to improve delivery of SIA training whether this is the use of props or scenarios based on experience, either way the training is more enjoyable and informative.
Andy is also a student with The University of Hull, studying his BSc Hons Biomedical Science, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the biology & Pathophysiology of diseases.
Moving away from work, Andy is a outdoor guy, who enjoys meeting new people, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.

Connor has a vast experience in the security industry ranging over 15 years. Roles included door supervisor , Static Security, CCTV and working with local authorities to preserve community safety initiatives.
Connor has completed his internal quality assurance qualification to ensure a valid, authentic, reliable and current assessment in the learning journey, also ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented throughout. Connor still has his foot in the door supervision world keeping his experience up to date and has recently completed his relevant teaching and assessing qualifications to develop himself further to eventually teach the SIA door supervision and first aid training.
Outside of the office Connor is an avid gamer, PlayStation is his happy place, he also enjoys historic trips and spending time with his family.
