The SIA Top up training is for working door supervisors who need to renew their SIA licence from 1st October 2021. This course has been developed with new elements to protect the public and us as door supervisors.

This one day First Aid course will allow you to learn the knowledge and skills to administer CPR, use of an AED, provide first aid to a casualty who is choking and deal with external bleeding and hypovolaemic shock.
Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is aimed at learners who wish to become emergency first-aiders in the workplace. This qualification is also required to be able to attend a SIA qualification.

The qualification covers knowledge such as the roles and responsibilities of the first aider, how to assess an incident and recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness. 3 days training.
This qualification is aimed at learners who are already qualified to be the designated First Aider in the workplace whose certificate is due to expire. Certificates last 3 years these must be refreshed up to 3 months prior to expiration date.

This course consists of 2 days training.
This short course enables students to manage life threatening emergencies, this is a non regulated qualification, it has been established due to the new catastrophic bleed kits being distributed throughout Hull.

This course consists of 4 hours training usually on a evening.
This qualification is aimed at individuals working in, or preparing to work in, any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol. Anyone wishing to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol by retail on licensed premises must hold a personal licence.
1 day classroom training.
This qualification is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety who are based in any area where there is a potential risk of fire. Learners
gaining this qualification will know that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone and will recognise the causes of fire as well as knowing common
hazards, the steps in a fire risk assessment and how to reduce the likelihood of fires.
1 day classroom training.
This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone who requires training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, dealing with service users or the public. It is also a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and who would like to gain more confidence in being able to deal with conflict situations.
